The selection starts at the vineyards. Each parcel that composed Mythique Languedoc is carefully selected using strict criteria laid down in a framework document. The different grapes varietals are vinified separately.
Tasting note
A beautiful deep intense ruby colour.
Palate
A sensual spicy and full-flavoured wine revealing red and black berries aromas with a hint of liquorice.
SERVING & FOOD PAIRING
Serve at 16° – 18°C. Perfect with duck steak, roasted lamb or a cheese platter.
