Brilliant ruby red with purple highlights, revealing great intensity and freshness.

Aromas of red fruit (cherry, raspberry) with subtle touches of undergrowth, sweet spices and a hint of violets, typical of Burgundy Pinot Noirs.

Greedy and well-balanced, with fine, silky tannins. The crisp red fruit flavours are enhanced by a fine minerality and persistent freshness. The finish is long and elegant, with a hint of spice.

White meats, roast poultry, grilled meats or fine charcuterie. It also goes very well with soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
