The nose immediately reminds us that we are in Burgundy. The 1st nose is rather mineral, while the 2nd reveals delicately buttery and woody notes of great finesse.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with just the right amount of freshness and moderate acidity. The aromatic persistence is harmonious without being overpowering. A fine expression of this great terroir!

As an aperitif or with fish or shellfish dishes in cream sauce or simply with a bloomy rind cheese (young Camembert, Brie).
